Our team is an age-group competitive swim team offering high quality coaching and technique instruction for swimmers age 5-14. We participate in competition in the NEPAGSL (league). The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability..

The Valley View Barra-Cougars, a not-for-profit organization, is run by its elected volunteer officers which meet several times during the year. New officers/board members are welcome and encouraged to be involved in team activities, fundraisers, and day-to-day running of the program.
